Summarized by Shop
Turning the adjustment knob of a 3296-type trimpot with a small screwdriver is a pain in the butt usually doesn't work well without slipping off at least a few times. (I still don't know why they don't just design these trimmers with small phillips heads....)
Anyway, these here 3d-printed adjustment tools are the right thing for the job.
