just not on point

I've had packages of wild bore and buffalo that were 1/2;pound size and it was awsoume moist and fresh from ordering thru Amazon but , these little 4 oz sample packs were dry , they weren't moist and didn't taste fresh and I ordered them directly from the Bishop store. the bacon was the best ever Best BLT in the world made from this bacon . still I'm just being honest but your jerkey is still the best in the United States maybe the world ,western is my favorite out of everything .the wild boar and buffalo was but these little 4 oz packs with the elk jerkey didn't taste like the half pound bags so I'm off that and back to western style jerkey all the way. sweet and spicy is my next best favorite then cowboy thick cut rounds of my three favs .
