Ode is quiet, clean, and precise. From grinding to pouring, each step feels controlled and considered, with anti-static technology, a magnetically aligned catch cup, and a built-in knocker helping keep mess to a minimum. Automatic stop shuts the grinder off at the right moment, keeping the process simple and consistent from start to finis

Overall happy with the grinder and performance thus far. Quiet and extremely fast. Unfortunately my grinder came essentially uncalibrated and grind size was WAY off. Accidentally removed the wrong part trying during the process (disassembled the dial instead!) but managed to get everything back together eventually. Not sure why Fellow insists on a breakdown video instead of a simple guide with images or an exploded diagram, makes disassembly that much harder. Dosing cup is a little odd: the metal fins just get in the way and trap grounds and the lid sits on awkwardly/loose.

Way overpriced for what it delivers. I blame this partly on my self for ordering the better burrs. The grinder is jammed twice, once with 33.3 g opf coffee, once with 60. The latter jam was difficult to fix, but I managed. It's not that the grinder's bad. It's good, but, at least as far as I can see, not much better than the Baratza Virtuouso+ (which I own), which is way less expensive. Put another way, one pays hundreds more for maybe a 2-5% gain, which is barely noticecable, if at all. I also own the Fellow scale, which is equally more expensive, but its design alone makes it worth the difference. The Ode? Not so much. I'm not returning it. It's good. It works, and I have it, but it's a lot like audiophile equipment. Not much measurable improvement, but possibly pride of ownershipo.

I'm disappointed in the replacement you sent because I'm still running into the same issues. My grinder gets clogged & I have to stop, disassemble & clean it out before continuing. I'm carefully adding my beans during grinding but it still gets clogged & stops. I'm also using the clearing tab during grinding, but it doesn't matter. The grinder continues to clog & stop grinding. Very frustrating.
