Pure Plank

A lot of home equipment never gets used for very long. For some reason this is different. Mark my words, very few Pure Planks will end up on Facebook Marketplace. Thanks Edge & Christian for this one. Thanks for giving back to the fans - and to the people - with this incredible product. Seems very simple, yet it's incredibly thoughtful - and you can see the thought that went into this thing. Very happy to get myself back on the ground. Isometric work is where people need to be when thinking long term. Thanks guys.

I am loving it, it is a bit more difficult however both my labradors love the planking time as it has become a favorite time for them for us to bond. It is more difficult to do with two of them fighting for my attention while I use the plank!

It’s a slow process. I haven’t done planks for a while. I’m 77 years young and I’m determined to get in the best shape of my life. Pure Plank will help me get there.
