I mix this up in my tow-float bladder for long swims. I like the mild flavour, it’s not too citrusy or tart, and goes down well in the water. It’s not my sole fuel source, but it serves well as a top up and keeps me hydrated.

Ideal in a heatwave

Just completed the Cambrian Way, 300 mile high mountain route from Cardiff to Conwy, these were fantastic and helped me cope with the extreme heat.
