Clarifying Solution

This is an excellent toner, probably the best I have ever used. I think my face is clean after I have washed my face, but no, there is some evidence of foundation & skin oils on my C. Solution soaked cotton ball!!! I LOVE knowing my face is clean, completely clean after using this magic solution! Thank you, CR wizards!

This solution has helped decrease breakouts. It has decreased pores and made my skin feel smooth and fresh. I love the tone it gives my skin.
