I recently made the Swinstyle Tidal Bottoms, and I’m so impressed with both the pattern and the final result. The instructions were clear, well-illustrated, and easy to follow—even for someone with only intermediate sewing experience. The fit is fantastic—snug where it needs to be without digging in, and with enough coverage to feel confident and comfortable. I especially loved the high-leg cut combined with the secure waistband—it gives a modern silhouette that’s super flattering on a variety of body types. There are multiple options included, which makes this pattern super versatile. I made the mid-rise version this time, but I’m already planning another pair with the high-waist option. Bonus points for how professional the final garment looks - this is easily comparable to high-end swimwear. I’ve worn them to the pool and the beach, and they’ve held up beautifully. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to create stylish, well-fitting swimwear that’s both fun to sew and comfortable to wear!
