Never received with my daughter shoes

I bought shoes on sale to see if my toddler would like them- but they run SMALL. I bought the same size she wears in all her other shoes from various brands- and these shoes were a good inch shorter than all her others. I tried to exchange them for a larger size but because they were on sale it wasn’t an option. I was pretty bummed they wouldn’t even allow a size exchange. I gifted the shoes and won’t buy from this brand again.
