Hat is too tall for my head. Looks great, just doesn’t fit. I have sent message to return but no response from the Resid3ncy team. Disappointed considering the cost of the item.
After 2.5 weeks, I finally received a message 3 days ago that simply said “Our team will be in touch regarding this!”….nothing since.
