Great Cherry Pie. Crust was ubelievable

Delicious pie
The cherry pie was the perfect blend of sweet/tart and the crust held up well without any sogginess, even after a few days. The crust was surprisingly thick, but it was flaky and provided good structure for the pie. The pie was a hit with everyone!
