Lifted Jeep

Didnt come fully built, and didnt come with instructions on how to build it. I also only has rear suspension, I was under the impression the front and rear would have suspension.

GARBAGE. Collecting Dust - Poor customer service - Shady company Product arrived and broke within FIVE days, in 3 places, all of which were reported to company. For the most serious problem (that made the truck inoperable) i was instructed to DIY by going to hardware store to purchase nut/bolt myself. Bizzare when talking about a $750 toy truck! But willing to do it, i asked Ryder Toys customer service for the size nut/bolt - they had no clue! Eventually got someones attention who said that part is on backorder and will be 2 weeks. A month later i followed up and its still backprdered and they have no update on timing. I asked to initiate return and they said not possible. Thought paying up would avoid headaches from cheap toys and useless customer service. Avoid Ruder toys at all costs. Also i left similar review on their website, but it doesnt appear to have posted. No wonder the ratings contrast between their site and Shopify.

DI NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. STEERING OUT IN THE FIRST few days of riding. Very overpriced for a product with a known issue with steering motor. Read the Reddit reviews. Slow to learn this. Very upset grandchild. Unhappy grandparent.
