Disappointed in customer service

I’m really disappointed with the customer service I received from Tiny Land. I’m a first-time customer, and I was buying climbing blocks for my 8-month-old (my first baby). I got a coupon by email for a first purchase, but it wouldn’t work when I tried to use it. When I contacted customer service, they kept telling me I wasn’t a first-time customer because other people with my same name had purchased from them before. My name is somewhat common, but I explained several times that I had never ordered from Tiny Land. The other customers they were referring to lived in different states and had different email addresses, so they were obviously not me. They eventually agreed to refund me 15% after I bought the climbing blocks, which matched the coupon. But they never apologized for repeatedly accusing me of not telling the truth or for confusing me with completely different customers. The climbing blocks are fine, but they arrived in a nearly-broken box. I simply expect better customer service and basic account verification from a company that I was really eager to try.

Blocks are covered in super soft fabric. My grandson loves them although they are smaller than pictured. Wish they had zippered covers so they could be washed when he spits up on them. Overall good value for the price.

Cute and well-made set for our 10 month old

Our infant loves crawling around and we wanted to create a challenge for him to learn to crawl up and down ramps, stairs, etc. This set was perfect for us! The quality is great (comparable to our Nugget) and more has more pieces/variety than other sets out there. Highly recommend!
