There were some issues in getting my package delivered to the address provided so I emailed respected roots and made them aware of what was happening. The issue caused a delay and I had returned home in a different state. That was mentioned in the email and before I knew it, I received an email with a new shipping confirmation to my home address. No back and forth, no hard time whatsoever. Received my package in that same week. Greatly appreciated.
