Didn't work; not user error

Three stars for the really good smell. Unfortunately, the disc was not recognized when I inserted it, and the Pura Car Pro did not disperse the scent. Pura, which has always responded to my requests professionally, sent me a new one of the same scent. This one also didn't work. I had to throw it away and move on to another scent, which worked perfectly.

Scent doesn’t last long. All car scents last very little and are overpriced. Car diffuser is really bad quality and stops working after little use and support doesn’t replace it
