UPS Lost the First Mat, and Branch Made it Right

I order a lot of merchandise from a lot of different companies, and I've never had an order lost by UPS. The tracking progress just stopped at a UPS location one town over from me. Branch customer service made it right. After working with UPS to try and get the original order delivered, they shipped a second mat that arrived quickly. It's fantastic. I have my Branch office chair on carpet and it was very difficult to maneuver, but the mat is great and I can move around with ease. It's also better looking and more functional than the plastic mats often used in home offices. Thanks, Branch, for your wonderful customer service...a rare thing to run across these days.

Great mat and great customer service!

Despite it taking 3 tries for UPS to deliver the mat to me (the first two times it was lost in transit by UPS!) I finally received the chair mat and it has been the perfect addition to my son’s room. It looks great and protects the floor and he loves it too. A huge thanks to Christian who responded quickly to all of my messages for help, kept me updated and provided amazing customer service at every point. Couldn’t be more pleased overall - thanks so much!

Great Mat

I really like the look of this mat! I had my doubts when I ordered it that it would be sturdy enough but I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. Supports my new Branch chair great and I think the durability will be good but it’s tough to say.
