Hatch Chile Verde

Great!

As a former New Mexican I am quite familiar with Hatch Chile and rate it the best in the country. We currently live in Arizona and it's just not the same here, New Mexico has a reputation for flavor when it comes to Mexican food. Hatch green Chile is the envy of every state that tries to replicate it's flavor.
