RM Style Deployant Clasp - Brushed

Deployant buckle arrived missing the threaded pin. so I am unable to use. Reached out to customer service for assistance but have not heard back.

Nice product. The spring tension system works as advertised. It's comfortable but not the best deployment I've ever used. It's pricey. Overall I'm happy with the purchase. 4/5

Quality and attention to detail are excellent. The finish is brushed and has a great appearance. I use this clasp on a Citizen Promaster diver with the factory Benebiol strap. The leaf spring mechanism of this clasp is strong and provides security. My only recommendation is to add micro adjustments while the watch is worn. This would increase cost but well worth it for optimal comfort.
