Product works as intended, shipping took far longer than expected. Besides that everything was fine.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchased these armrests as a Christmas gift for my son and they were the wrong size. It took a WEEK of emailing them multiple times for them to tell me they wouldn’t exchange or refund because the plastic seal had been removed from the box exterior. The arm rests are still in the original protective sleeves, box is perfectly intact and there was NO MENTION of no refunds. So now I’m out $80 and my son has no Christmas present. Unacceptable. Horrible horrible customer service.

Really comfortable. Nice material also. I like how these are thicker and more padded than the original ones that came with the chair.
