In wearing these frames, I've already received numerous compliments of how cute and stylish they are! It's exactly what I needed in my wardrobe!

Extremely pleased

I first purchased the Layla frames in a brown frame. I liked the frames so much that I ordered the blue frame. I had a bit of a "miscommunication" when ordering the second readers. Somehow, the "reader" part of the order was lost and the frames arrived with non-reading lenses. I called the company, received a return goods authorization and returned the frames for the insertion of the reading lenses. The proper order was received quickly, without damage. I couldn't be more pleased, and very much appreciated the customer service response. Great frames, great lenses. Definitely endorse Vicci's products (I bought some for my husband as well).
