Great Product
One of my all time favorite products! It mixes with water more easily than grinding your own flax seed. I use it for flax eggs if I need them.

My experience
This is a wonderful product, I found that it’s very gentle on the system and keeps me way more regular. It also tastes pretty good. It seems like it blends with plenty of different flavors, or you can just eat it by the spoonful.
I would recommend highly.
