This part and the electronic controller replaced failed parts. The chair works again! Delivery was quick. Confident that OEM parts will last longer than the knock-offs.

It took us a while to figure out what was wrong but once we did. During the “quest” to identify the problem the representives I talked with were very helpful, considerate, and informative. The recliner is working like new and my grandson has claimed it. I worked as a customer service trainer for 12 years and I would give the people that help me solve my recliners problem a solid 10. They are all AWSOME.
