Pink Moon is petite and offers a perfect kiss of salt and mineral with a delicately sweet finish. The cold, clean waters of New London Bay and the tumbling currents and nutrients from Hope River, PEI combine to make this an utterly delightful oyster. Perfection between two shells.

The pink moons were delicious. Delivered on time super fresh. There wasn’t a single bad oyster. 50 out of 50 were closed tight completely fresh and tasted amazing! Paired them with a champagne mignonette, homemade cocktail sauce, and an old fashioned! 10/10 overall. We’ll definitely be ordering from the real oyster cult again in the near future!
