Mighty AP-1512HH & 200M Filter Set

I’m a sucker for getting OEM replacement filters. This pack comes with two charcoal filters (for replacing every six months) and one HEPA filter to be replaced once a year. Definitely remember to vacuum or rinse off the pre-filter part once a month. These filters work very well.

I can’t review the filters because I still haven’t received a usable product. The product was shipped obviously damaged. I immediately reached out via their website for a replacement within their stated business hours. Their chatbot tried to route me to a human, but said that I needed to try during their business hours. I tried calling the customer service line, but hung up after about 15 minutes. I finally submitted a support ticket using the form on their website. I received a response 5 days later and have had the slowest back and forth possible. It’s been nearly 3 weeks since I first contacted them and I am still waiting for a replacement. This is not my normal suggestion for anything else, but I would recommend just ordering from Amazon instead directly from this company.

Shipped really fast. I like being able to get a year's supply.
