To early to tell, this was a replacement for the original that didn't last very long. Original one cracked in several places in different directions. Probably bad plastic, I'm guessing, I also had an issue with the ripper cap so I'm still very skeptical. I will say everything is working great now and customer service with Tuff Jug is top notch. The product has is awesome.

I ordered two big jugs and one small jug. Love the jugs but the caps cracked on the two big jugs. I contacted you and got free replacements last week which was good. Used the small jug this weekend and found the cap is also cracked on the small jug. I will need to contact you to get this cap replaced as well.

The storage caps I received with my order are ALL splitting. I received one replacement under warranty which seems to have a new design where there center screw in cap uses a flat washer vs an o-ring. The o-ring may be putting too much pressure on the edge of the top for the threads and cracking the plastic there. HOWEVER, the replacement warranty cap also appears to have a very small split already, so, we will see how long that lasts.
