Feels so good under my feet. Soft. Clean looking. The sticky pads truly do get sticky again when you rinse them with soap and water - amazing technology. We had this runner near construction zone in our house (bathroom was getting remodeled and it was in the hallway nearby)… it got super dirty then truly looks brand new after washing it!
