Preorder: Select II Hook & Loop Boxing Gloves

Great gloves, horrible shipping and customer support

Gloves are fantastic, but the whole experience was soured by their lack of support that I haven’t really been able to be excited about them. Shipping was way later than their date they said it would arrive. These gloves were “in stock” on their website, so I don’t know what the hold up was. The tracking said shipping label created, USPS awaiting item” for nearly a month. I reached out to MK1 three times to cancel my order and didn’t get a response for about a week after that. Gloves randomly arrived after tracking was still saying USPS hasn’t received the item from MK1. They finally respond AFTER I get my VERY late product I wanted to cancel. Be cautious if you decide to order from this company until they get their stuff together and show they make an improvement. I don’t want what happened to me to happen to other consumers.

Amazing Glove. Amazingly dangerously good glove.
