I recently tried the Mingle Sri Lankan Recipe Base and was really impressed. So aromatic and flavoursome

I had never tried a Sri Lankan curry recipe base before, and this one was delicious. It was aromatic, full of flavour and made it incredibly easy to create something different at home. The spices gave the curry plenty of depth without making it difficult to eat. I’ll certainly make this again when I’m craving a warm and comforting meal.
