HORRIBLE Customer Service - Shirts good if they show up

I loved the Rhoback brand, but when I ordered 12 custom ones, they didn't arrive via FedEx, and the tracking information was inaccurate. Our order was lost , and I couldn't get anyone from Rhoback to call me and help. This was a large order of 12 quarter zips, and they were customized. It became my problem to reorder more and find someone to do logos for us as we had a big event we needed them for. After I submitted all my supporting documentation to Rhoback from FedEx and the claim, I received one email from them saying they would contact me to assist. I am still waiting for Rhoback to follow up on the FedEx claim either by call or email. Ironic, I received an email asking for my review, but that was it. I placed a new order on our dime, paid for 2 day shipping and was able to have them for our event. No thanks to Rhoback. If you want customer service, good luck! Very stressful process and learning experience.

You wont get too hot or too cold on a day out in this qzip! Good sun protection and looks classy!
