I bought these for my wife. We are long time Stevens Pass WA. skiers. We drive up & go home the same day. being able to not have to ride home in your ski pants is a nice option. Side zip pants are the easiest to put on & remove in snowy or muddy parking lots. We both have several pairs of Spyder pants & appreciate their quality, good looks, & fit. But how about some more options with functional side zips. All the racers have them.
