The Schaffer Replica® BASS-X

I waited to write my review of the Bass X until I got to use it a few times in a live band situation. Verdict - I love it! I play a fretless bass on a Worship team. In many songs there are many bass synth parts baked in the backing tracts. My bass is now distinct in the mix and sounds awesome. A very important note: this was accomplished without raising the volume - the Bass X helps me cut through the mix, yet still perfectly in the pocket. Thanks SOLODALLAS!

I’ve tried loads of pedals, but the rich tone and sense of drive are truly brilliant! No matter what amp you use, you can achieve the sound you’re looking for.

I bought this one while waiting for the Tower to restock and I must say, I am blown away by this pedal. Tons of punch, grit on reserve and as much boost as you can ask for. Sounds great on my Fender P bass!
