Outstanding build quality. It is 7 lbs of higher quality steel. That is well balanced The grip knurling if fantastic. This is an exceptionally well made. It is a deal at any price.

I love how solid the bar feels. It is a little on the heavy side for pulley attachments so you do have to pick up on it to change the weight. However, that’s not a big deal for how well made it feels and the price point.

Honestly bought this as a cheap option for a curl bar, and after doing the same for other attachments I can say this is the one I do not regret. The knurling actually feels great where others I have bought are useless. Definetly a great value bar
