Element has top notch products. Depending how you layer you may want to size up. Im 5’9 170 with mountaineer hoodie underneath a large would probably be a little better than my medium but it definitely is a great product.

Zipper is unique and req a little getting used too but worth it for the pouch. Overall very warm perfect mid weight mid season jacket. I went with large since 5’8 185 muscular build but prefer looser fit which it provides while also being tapered well for drawing bow and layering
