I love making sour dough bread with your spring wheat. I use 50% spring wheat, 25% spelt, 25% einkorn Bread turns out perfect. 🙏

Love these hard red wheat berries. I ordered several times and am never disappointed. They are fresh and I bake many different things with them. Turns out great. Would it be possible to get some Kamut or soft wheat? I would love to order some if they ever become available. Thank you for this great product!
