Love the phone, but ordering it? Absolute nightmare. Nothing said the order was on hold from Klarna. Klarna said Nothing needed to dispatch the phone to release the funds. They were at an impasse and I had to do all the chasing between them both. It was an absolute shambles. Not a single apology from Nothing. Seemed to be they had no idea how to process Klarna orders. My business is integrated with Klarna and I never have such an issue with my customers. Nothing from Nothing. Apt. Makes me hesitant to order from them again, at least directly
