I haven't used my product yet: but I'd like to say I'm disappointed in the response time from this company. I ordered my thermometer with plenty of time before my partners birthday, and it didn't arrive on time. Nowhere on your website is there a notice about shipping and delivery, so I went off the fact that (seeing as you advertise as an Australian company), it would arrive in no time. I received no updates about my order prior to its shipping, with less than a week before it was meant to be gifted, and still took -from order time - almost 3 weeks to arrive. Even after emailing, and questioning when my order would be shipped, I got no response. A 3 week arrival, from an international destination with no communication and a lack of advice/communication is less than ideal. I should've looked at the reviews online, found outside of your website, before I purchased anything. I hope, more than anything, that this thermometer was worth my time and money.

What you sopped to me is a fake product. It’s NOT the MeaterMeter Pro as advertised. It’s not even branded properly. What you’ve sold me is not only a lie but highly illegal I need this to be refunded asap
