This is beautiful paper and it takes ink nicely. The size is an A5 and can be used in a cover with elastics or alongside of your planner for extra notes. A great size for a catch all note book for your purse or bag. Love the fun color too. Shipping was pretty quick also.

In the past I’ve used this A5 size for budgeting. This one is my new exercise log. I list my exercises down one side of page then list the days of week across top and check off the exercises I do on whatever day. Lower body work on the left page, upper body on the right page. Before I just scrawled whatever I did in a standard lined notebook, sort of like a diary. Now I can get a good snapshot of everything I’ve done in the course of a week and see where I need to place more or less emphasis the following week. You get to a certain age, if you don’t use it, you lose it!
