Easy to use

I was dreading making my impressions because of my gag reflex. When I finally did my impressions it was so easy. I watched the videos available to make sure I had the right size tray, they provide a small, medium, and large tray so you don't have to waste time waiting on a different size to be shipped to you. From there it was super easy. Make sure to check your email for the return label, I received my email label before I had read the instructions and was a bit confused when the subject said, "return label." I thought my order was being returned/refunded because I got the label the same day the impression kit shipped to me. Don't delete that email, and print it so you have it for when you send your impressions back to them.

The impressions were super easy to use and was done and had them off in the mail very quickly. Took a little time for it to be received but overall the process was great.

The kit was easy to use with one exception: make sure you remember if you purchased a “upper“ impression kit or a “lower/both“ impression kit because I was a little confused on that at first and had to go track my order so I would know which instructions to follow. 🤪 but once I figure that out, it was very easy to do!
