Custom Hot Tub Replacement Cover

Very happy with the product. Its our 2nd one that we’ve bought from TCG. We ordered same exact color and the one we just received is definitely a different shade brown so that was a little disappointing. The other issue with ordering from TCG is the shipping process. I fully understand the delays on our first cover as it was covid but this cover once shipped took forever and was confusing because the notice I received said it was being delivered July 6. Turns out thats the day it got dropped off to a northeast trucking company who then delivered 10 days later. Had to call them after they held it a week and they said they would call day before delivering but likely would be July 17th. Instead it showed up on 16th with no prior phone call. So shipping process needs improvements for sure. Cover itself though is thumbs up (except for color)

Came exactly as ordered. Came in the time frame stated. Box was damaged( shippers fault I am guessing) product was not damaged. Happy with the transaction.

The cover itself is good, i put in the dimensions of my old cover and this one seems slightly larger than the old one it replaced not issue since it didnt show up smaller. The real problem was ibpaid to have the cover lift brackets installed, and not only were they not installed they never even sent them, either way cover is on and working and it was still quicker and cheaper than reordering one directly from the manufacturer
