I could not be happier. i had an issue with the heel shifter and didn't really know what to do. right on the front of their website, it said, "Call Us" with the number. i did. talked to a real life person in under ten seconds. Forgive me if i don't remember his name, i should. he tried to find the replacement part to the heel shifter i needed. and when he couldn't, he sent me a whole new assembly. what great service. oh, and he called and followed up with me. i didn't have to keep calling back. Thank you for helping me.
