Ran with the 4L as a 'next to skin' spares bag on week long Ex. It held up good and shows no signs of wear. It's proper waterproof and the face fabric is fairly durable so you don't feel too bad if it's exposed to the elements. That being said dont drag it against rocks. The only downsides is that the webbing, d rings and buckle on the roll up top feel somewhat cheap when compared to brands like savotta.
