Mexican Chocolate

Outstanding!!

I buy whole bean. When I opened the bag, I was hit with the strong smell of chocolate. Once I had ground some of the beans, the chocolate smell was considerably less. Once brewed, I was really impressed. The chocolate taste was not forward but more of the taste you would get if you ate a small piece of chocolate and then drank coffee….it’s on the back of your tongue. I love it!!
