Derring-Do for Beginners (EBOOK)

First, buying this book was quick and easy. The website is simple to navigate and the prices are very reasonable. The book itself is excellent. Damian is the one of the Red Company who I felt I knew the least, given that he doesn't feature in The Red Company Reformed (at least so far), so seeing him as a young man reaching into his storied future was exciting, and his relationship with Jullinar is lovely. I enjoyed this book so much.

Such a fun read! My only complaint is that I want more!! Jullanar is probably my favorite character, bar Cliopher, and it was a delight to encounter her in her youth. As always, the worlds that Victoria Goddard has created feel incredibly real, and I'd pick her characters to spend a day with out of all fiction!

I love this book; I love learning more about Damian and Jullanar and how they met, and how they met a certain mage! Damian is my favorite of the Red Company so far I think, and I hope we get to see more of him in the future.
