Free Water Pump Replacements For Life

I grately appreciate the ability to order everything at the same time as my placing my order for the KittySpout. Already having the replacements guarantees that I am ready when I need to use them.

Product never shipped to me despite making additional payment and providing all required information to obtain a replacement pump. Customer service continues to gaslight me regarding this issue. This has been unresolved for several months and the fountains I have are useless without their required pumps. I am done with Kitty Spout as a brand. Never again, deeply dissatisfied customer.

Once again never received it as well!! Not happy about this at all!!!
