I fill this with a homemade concentrated high carb mix for longer runs, or use it for water on shorter runs. The bite valve is solid and does not leak. This is a perfect size to fit in the side pocket of my Janji run shorts. Great value. Recommend.

Easy to use - I like the bite valve vs other flasks which you have to turn to open. No mess. Great price!
