Still waiting to receive these. Customer service stated the order was lost, but I have not received confirmation of a teshipment as I requested?!

I received my sneakers and they were too big!! On your site it says returns accepted with an $11.00 return fee. I looked to exchange and coolway did not have my size and didn’t give me other options except the ones I bought. I have numerously sent emails with absolutely no response. I will be disputing this charge as I tried and coolway did not give me the time of day.
