A beautiful heirloom grain found in the fields of France in the 1800s is now available from our family farm. The Rouge de Bordeaux berries are rich in nutty flavor and high in protein. Regeneratively grown in our Montana fields, these hard red wheat berries are healthy, delicious and ready to enjoy. They are as flavorful as they are beaut

Very clean
I’m new to this kind of baking so still trying to find my way. I haven’t tried yeast doughs yet. I’m trying to develop an edible but healthy grab and go savory egg muffin and/or snack bar. I know it’s a matter of experience and finding the right recipe.
I was pleased that the berries were so clean.

I love this company!
Their methods and their philosophy are exactly what I want in my food choices. I buy their Rogue de Bordeaux berries to mill for my breads and always find that they’re of the best quality.

I love this grain. I make 3 loaves of bread every three weeks for my husband and me. I haven't bought bread since 2019. This grain along with equal parts of hard white wheat makes the best bread (I make maple honey bread)
we love it as toast or garlic toast or grilled cheese. Just good anyway we use it.
