The replacement was also broken!

I love this product so much, but almost everytime I’ve purchased it, it has broken in the mail. When I contacted you for a replacement, that was the first time the mechanics of the pencil itself fell apart. Usually it’s just crayon has fallen out and I need to keep stuffing it back down. I really love how this product performs but would love it so much more if it wasn’t so prone to breaking.

this was much pinker than I assumed. I was hoping for a more neutral beige so, it is not usable

Texture, texture, texture

Love the texture and the ease of a quick application. Vanilla Kiss is light. So far, I've only used under brow and corners of eye but love experimenting. My green eyes love Strapless on my eyelid blended with Forbidden Rose or Cobblestone in the crease. LM Caviar sticks are my go to no brainer and look fabulous. Do wish reviewers would leave the name of the color(s) that they are reviewing.
