The support from ecobee is unmatched. I was replacing a "new" thermostat, which was a cheap model and the functionality was really hit or miss in the heat of the summer. I went through the compatibility checker, talked to support, got the product, got it installed on my own with no issues, and then when going through setup and getting to questions I wasn't sure how to find the answer to, I called support, she was able to access my previous chat and photos, walked me through all the questions as well as how to test them and make sure that it was setup and functioning correctly. I've gone through a lot of tech support and this was by far the best experience I've ever had with a company. Oh after going through the comfort settings, it has been running on a schedule and running PERFECTLY. HUGE upgrade from the last one haha.
