Approximately 1-2 weeks using. Taken when "bloating" felt disturbing sleeping. Slight relief. Plan is to follow dosing suggestion.

I have only been taking the product for a week. Still not sure if it is making a difference.

Product is not hurting my stomach so, so far so good. I just started taking it so it’s gonna take a while before I notice any results.
