I own several different types and brands of knives from cheap folders to very expensive hand crafted fixed blades of all shapes and sizes. My recent acquisition of the speedgoat ultra is hands down the best of them all. Sharpness, finish, quality, fit in the hand…this thing checks all the boxes. Add to that the customer service and ease of purchase process and it’s easy to see why they consistently sell out! 10/10 recommend

This is very high quality and refined. With big hands, I wish the handle was a bit longer and thicker, but that’s a personal preference.

Killer blade…and handle!

Just an awesome knife! I’m a chef, so I know a lot about knives. You can tell it’s handmade quality when you holdnotbfor a few seconds. Highly polished razor sharp blade, and the carbon fiber handle feels non slip, light weight, but still a balanced knife overall. Pricy, but a handmade quality knife, you get what you pay for.
